The operational matters and the existing procedures can always be made better by taking the suggestions from the working staff and then using all those suggestions in a very positive way and all this can lead to the organisation to become a very good and a much better organisation. Calling the suggestions from the subordinates helps a lot to become a lot more creative and as a result of this entire one can get the better ideas that can lead to the smooth functioning of the organisation. Since the advice flows among the people of the same level, in the suggestion one can get an advantage to get to talk to the higher authority and hence the suggestions should always be taken in a very positive manner so that it can avoid the complaint that is originating from it in the coming future.
