Satisfaction in what ever we do is very necessary as then only an individual wants to do the same again. It is as simple as that if an individual is working in an office and he or she is very well satisfied with his or her job, the result of all this is that due to the satisfaction in the job the person will want to work for the employer and in very simple terms will be wanting to come the next day to work. The present scenario is such that the challenges for the employers have increased a lot and the result of all this is that the level of the competition has gone up a lot and all this comes indirectly in one way or the other on the staff members as they are required to meet the needed things to cope up with the various kinds of the challenges that come up in the market from the time to time. These days the personal life is being avoided in the case of the staff members and there is time for them to come to the office but there is no time for them to go. The research work that has been done in this regard at the various places of the world by the various researchers or the scientists from the time to time very clearly suggest that in the present scenario the level of the satisfaction at the job in the case of the staff member depends a lot on the conditions that are prevailing at the work station and near by and kind of the work that has been given to the staff member and whether the same is in the accordance of the liking sand the string points of the staff member as this affects a lot in getting the maximum out of the staff member.

The working environment at the work is very critical in the nature of the working as then only the staff member will be able to give the best out put as it is required by the organisation from the time to time. The seniors and the managers and the juniors and the various other colleagues must be very cooperative among themselves so that all can work as a unit or a team and can give there best from the time to time. One thing has always been proved if one consults the growth pattern of the staff members in the various organisations in the past that it is not at all possible to get the taste of the success alone and the growth can only be achieved if the team is involved as in any of the case it is not at all possible that all the work can be done by the one single person and hence all depend on each other for one thing or the other and hence as a result of all this it is very necessary to take all along as then only the growth is possible. In an organisation there are a large number of the people working, starting from the top management, the top management are the people who with a vision start a certain business with certain kind of the planning and the capital and then certainly realize that all the work can not be done by them and here comes the picture of the staff members in the various segments to do the various kind of the work.

The top management of an organisation should be such that it must not think of the organisation only but at the same time must think of the staff members as well and must make sure that the environment of the working for the staff members is very nice and the staff members are eager to do the work for the organisation and this is possible only if the staff members are satisfied with the management of the company and hence in the other words it can be said that they must be satisfied at the work. The research work that has been done by the various researchers or the scientists in this regard from the time to time very clearly come up with the fact that says that about 46 per cent of the people are such that are willing to give the credit of the satisfaction at the work to the kind of the work or the responsibility that is given to them at the work but on the other hand the other remaining 42 per cent of the bunch are the ones who are willing to give the credit of the same to the culture of the work that is given to them by the management of the company as there ability depend on these factors. In an organisation, there are a large number of the people working and these staff members are coming from the different backgrounds in terms of the financial position to the culture to the various other things involving the intelligent quotient to the living standard to the educational qualification and all these factors play a very critical role in the satisfaction of the staff members and as a result of all these factors, the parameters on which the satisfaction of the staff member may depend from the time to time has been found to be varying and the above mentioned reasons are there for the same. The organisations in the present scenario are also working on the factor of the reputation that has been build up in the common market regarding the working conditions that are prevalent in the corporate sector in the working in the various fields and as a result of this some organisations are known for the working conditions but at the same time the others are known for the poor working conditions and as a result of all this, the staff members who are having the option of the choice, look in to all these factors and then only go forward to the working.

The remaining 5 per cent give the salary the credit that derives them towards the level of the satisfaction at the work place. The other 5 per cent reported the level of the satisfaction to the brand with they are working and the remaining 2 per cent give the credit of the satisfaction of the job to the manager to whom they are reporting as according to them it depends on them how to tackle the various kinds of the internal and the external pressures and then too give them the best kind of the environment to work in. There is no doubt that due to the various kinds of the factors and the problems, it will not be possible for the organisation to provide all these factors to the staff members but depending on the existing scenario the organisation can have a look at the demands or the problems of the staff members from the time to time and can surely have a look in to all these things and try to provide the suitable conditions if possible from the situation to the situation. The work at the work station in an organisation depends on a lot of the factors, the management of the organisation must be such that it must take care of the staff members and give them the due respect as required from the time to time. The staff members must feel that the organisation thinks of them and is by them always when right and by this the staff members are able to perform to the best and the organisation is able to get the maximum and at the same time the best out of them. So as a conclusion it can be said that the meaning of the satisfaction can be different from the staff members depending on there style of the working and there respective requirements but it must be kept in the mind that the staff member working any where will not be able to get all the things required as the various organisations are having there own set of the rules and the regulations and there own working style and hence some of the organisations are having there good points and some of them are having there negative points according to the various kinds of the factors. But the work can be done in the best form if the same is done in the full cooperation and same is the case here as if the organisation will think of the staff members then the staff members are always with there organisation but in the other cases the job is just done like a job. So the jobs must be involving the clear patterns of the promotions and the ratings as if the deserving will be getting there due it will raise the level of the satisfaction among the employees and this will benefit the both sides and this is very critical here.
